I've gotten some feedback that people didn't know we call Atticus "pi". When he was a wee one, we called him sweetie pie, sugar pie, pumpkin pie (you get the idea, he was delicious!). Well, Pie stuck, but we have always spelled it "Pi". We figure that he can be easily compared to the famous number as he is always changing, shows no consistent pattern and is infinite (in energy at least!). Yes, we're dorks!
Memories of a smaller pi...

Did you have to fight to get Pi on his mouse ears? When we were there the lady told us only first names... and, she thought that she was slick because she asked Olivia what her name was (thinking she would say her first name) and she said Livi Lou... so, that is on her ears. But, she would not put Boo on Savannah's.
I saw that on your blog... When she asked for the name, we just said Pi, P-i. She said Pi? and we said yes. No problems. I didn't realize that they don't do nicknames. We were lucky!
I can't wait to get this kid back to disneyland, although now that he's walking it'll be a little tougher...
Yeah! I am so glad to hear from you! I think your little boy is adorable! Sometime in the spring we are gonna come up there and go to the zoo! We need to meet up! Tell Jeff I say hi. I am already loving this whole blog thing . . . . even if I am a little slow at it! Talk to you later! Libbie
