So, I've gotten a few complaints that recent posts haven't included pictures. I'm the first to try and keep my public happy, so here you go! This is exactly what my kids look like. Today. Ignore the messy house. At least the kids are happy! Here was our day today:
8:00 roll out of bed (with prodding from Atticus)
8:00-10:00 grazing breakfast and cartoons (I know, I should limit it to one hour...)
10:00-11:00 waiting for Callie and dumping ALL OF OUR TINY TOYS on the living room floor Hank naps.
11:00-11:40 get out the door for lunch with Nana. includes dressing and prodding.
11:40-1:30 lunch with Nana at Pyramid Alehouse
1:30-2:30 "quiet time" kinda- and protecting the tiny toys from Hank. Hank might've had a catnap, I can't remember.
2:30-5 Hanging out, curious george, hank took a nap somewhere in there (in his crib, not my arms!)
5-8:30 Jeff watched the kids and I came home to two sleeping boys!
9:30 Hank woke up
Oh, and cool new Hank tidbits-
Hank FINALLY at 10 months has a tooth. Just one, it's barely there, but it counts. It's adorable, but I know I'm going to miss that gummy smile.
Hank is crawling! All over the place. Can't run away from this little monkey!

I enjoyed seeing these pictures very much.
Also, smiling inside at your recapturing the dialogue between you and Atticus. Goodness, what a smart kid, and very creative. He really has a bend in certain direction. I was watching a show on the History channel on the Presidents and Teddy Roosevelt was described as a man of contradictions. But the one thing that could be definitively said about him was that he was an "original". This is how I think of Atticus.
Hank is adorable.
You look very cute yourself! And your love as a mom is very apparent.
